We are blessed that you are here... today. We hope you find your time spent here a blessing as well.

We are a community journeying to live as disciples of Jesus, practice hospitality in community and bring hope through worship, fellowship and service.

On any given day, if you have a chance to visit this sacred place where we call our community's home, you will meet strangers as well as friends who will welcome you, strive to serve you in Christ's name and offer you the hand of fellowship.

On Sundays, we pray you will join us in worship as we join together to celebrate who God is and who we are as God's children.

In the between time, may God hold you in the embrace of God's love,

CANVAS - An Interactive Worship Gathering

Is there an authentic way to experience God in community that is not hung up on being traditional or contemporary, but leaves room for me to express my creativity as a child of God?

The answer is in our monthly worship gathering called "Canvas".  Worship will not take place in pews or a large amphitheater, but around tables in a family-style atmosphere.  This new worship gathering will allow people to use their hands as well as their head and heart in the worship of God by providing opportunities for creative expression during worship.  Our goal is to make the worship of God less like watching a performance and more participatory during worship by including activities like drawing, sculpting, writing, or simply silent meditation.

The Canvas worship gatherings are scheduled for December 16, January 20, and February 10.  All gatherings will be at 4:00 p.m. and will include the celebration of the Lord's Supper.  All are welcome to full participate.

There is no charge for this event.  We are located at 1 East First Street in Corning, NY.  (607-937-5419) and can be reached by e-mail at office @corningpresby.org.
